What is
BALANCER ?
Balancer is a NPK fertiliser which is specially formulated to meet the requirements of Norther Ireland's soils. It combines high Nitrogen, low Phosphate and low Potassium and Sulphur to accurately meet the nutrient requirements of grass and tillage crops. |

| Why
use BALANCER ? |
| For a balanced approach |
 |
Balancer is formulated on the basis of soil tests across Northern Ireland. The Phosphate and Potassium levels in Balancer are designed to meet crop requirements and maintain levels in the soil. |
| For increased growth |
 |
Balancer contains 6% Sulphur which in the Sulphur deficient soils of Northern Ireland will give an excellent yield response. |
| For a cost effective approach |
 |
Balancer containing lower quantities of Phosphate and Potassium allow for a more controlled way to spread P and K. The aim is for a "little and often approach" to P and K application during the growing season which minimises nutrient losses. |

| APPLICATION RATE |
| Grazing |
| For early grass spread 2 bags / acre 6 - 8 weeks before turnout. Generally, apply 1½ bags / acre after each grazing until P and K requirements have been satisfied. |
| Silage |
| Suitable for both first and second cut silage. Apply 3-5 bags / acre as required. |
| Top Dressing Cereals |
| Apply at the normal NPK top-dressing levels, which in turn gives a two-fold benefit along with Phosphate, Potassium and Sulphur. |
